Today I made chocolate chip cookies. I didn't use a recipe I just used a box with pre-made mix from the super market. I only had to use one large egg and 80 grams of butter.
Method:
1. Melt butter and crack egg and combine well. Heat oven to 160 fan forced.
2. Add in your dry ingredients/pre-made and mix!
3. Add in choc chips if you want to.
4. Roll batter in your hands and place 5cm apart on the tray.
5. Get a fork and press in the middle if you want.
6. Then put them in the oven and wait for 10 to 15 minutes.
7. Wait for them to cool.

Yummy Eden they look delicious. You can’t bet the smell of home baking that smell goes right through the house. The hard part is waiting for them to cook isn’t it? Using a packet was a great idea I might have to try them.
